Quick Tuna Salad



Serves 1

1/2 tomato

1/2 cucumber

1/2 small red onion

4-5 radishes

1 small can of tuna( in water)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the dressing:

2 Tbs olive oil

1 Tbs apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Chop all the vegetables into small cubes and place them in a bowl, add the tuna, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the dressing ingredients in a little bowl and whisk them together. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well! Et Voilà!
