Ciabatta with Goat Cheese, Arugula, Peppers, Zucchini

Ingredients  1 ciabatta (homemade or bought) 1 zucchini 1 red or yellow pointed pepper 1 handfull  arugula Goat cheese (for spreading) 3 Tbsp. olive oil Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Serves 2 Wash the vegetables.
