This recipe comes with some pictures of a baby boy shower for a dear friend who loves eucalyptus and succulent plants, nothing easier then that…I combined the color white with the green of the plants and this is the result. For the party besides the cake I made these almond and white chocolate treats, they are made in no time and taste wonderful.
(Makes about 14)
250g almond sticks
200g white chocolate
180 ml condensed milk
2 Tbsp lime zest
- Roast the almonds in a pan until golden.
- Melt the chocolate in bowl over boiling water. Let it cool, then add the condensed milk, roasted almonds and lime zest. Combine all the ingredients then spoon a Tbsp at a time into cupcake liners. When you are done put the treats into the freezer for at least an hour.
- Take them out 30 min before serving.
